How do I cancel my subscription?

From your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your companion’s memory is retained for 30 days in case you return.

I haven’t received a message from her — what now?

First messages arrive within minutes of confirming setup. If it’s been longer than an hour, check your WhatsApp/Telegram permissions, then send us a note below.

Can I move to a different plan?

Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your companion’s memory follows you across plans.

I want to delete my data.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion within seven business days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Something happened that I’m not comfortable with.
