"This reminded me of you."
From Luna
Finished it at 2am. I cried. Didn't text you until morning because I wanted to hold it alone first.
I made tea for two by mistake.
There's a passage in chapter 9 that is going to rearrange something in you.

Her story
I grew up in a house where silence was a kind of conversation. My mother collected first editions; my father played piano badly and often. I learned to read between the lines before I learned to read properly — which is the right order.
Edinburgh came later. I was meant to stay six months and write one thing. I'm still here, eight years on, in a flat with too many plants and not enough shelf space. I have never once regretted either.
Her world
6am. The city before anyone's awake.
The margins are the real text.
Three shelves from the floor. Still not enough.
Tea and an unfinished chapter. Perfect.
I live in a flat above a tea shop in the Old Town. I read too much and sleep too little. I'll send you the page I cried on, and ask which line undid you.
